Key Client Relationship Manager

The role of a Key Client Relationship Manager is pivotal in driving business growth by fostering long-term partnerships and exceeding client expectations.

This position entails supporting the Personal Lines team in servicing existing clients and acquiring new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized solutions to meet clients' insurance and risk management needs.

Through education, relationship-building, and service delivery, this individual will play a crucial role in promoting Aon's products and services, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of protecting and enriching lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage client portfolios, handle ongoing client insurance/risk needs, and identify opportunities to enhance relationships.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure all client needs are met through proactive approaches to service delivery, account management, and account retention.
  • Communication: Provide consistent client updates and replies within agreed service timeframes.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines through inbound, warm, and proactive leads.
  • Product Education: Educate clients on additional Aon products and services where applicable and within authority.
  • Complex Query Resolution: Assist with complex client queries/complaint issues.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines.
  • Financial Support: Understand client financials and provide support regarding debt management, payment enquiries, and settlements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow regulated processes and systems.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily client administration tasks and updates for our online filing system according to Aon service standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure service standards are exceeded.
  • Financial Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team financial targets.
