Insurable Risk Advisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional insurable risk advice to clients across the Victorian Public Sector.
Essential Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through empathy, understanding their needs and providing tailored advisory services.
- Contribute to relationship management across various client segments, supporting account management processes and client service planning initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality transactional insurance services, encompassing enquiries, renewal, ministerial directions, and general support services.
- Lead the provision of end-to-end insurable risk advisory services, guiding clients from needs analysis to insurance placement.
- Continuously monitor client feedback via formal and informal channels, driving improvements in service delivery.
As a valued member of the Insurable Risk Advisory team, you will report directly to the Manager, Insurable Risk Advisory within the Risk Services Division.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be the primary point of contact for our insurable risk advisory team, providing comprehensive support with administration, client service delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
