Product Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the ongoing delivery and operations of our national client collaboration platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the product team, stakeholders, and key partners to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and product-related events
  • Maintain team documentation including product backlogs, action trackers, release calendars, stakeholder registers and product artefacts
  • Assist with internal comms, presentations, and stakeholder updates
  • Help gather, collate, and organize feedback or requests from stakeholders and users
  • Support the upkeep of help content and internal knowledge base
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and executive updates
  • Track and follow up on assigned actions to keep delivery moving smoothly

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, communications, project management, or a related field
  • Experience in a support, coordination, or admin role within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with documentation or task-tracking tools
  • Ability to prepare meeting packs, stakeholder updates, or summary materials clearly and efficiently
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels and workstreams
  • Quick to pick up new systems and able to follow processes with care and attention
