Enterprise Software Delivery Leader

To support our growing portfolio, we're looking for an experienced Enterprise Software Delivery Leader to oversee key client engagements within our Customer Success and Delivery Practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ERP platforms, strong delivery leadership skills, and a consulting mindset.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects with a focus on Oracle (Cloud or On-Prem) and related platforms.
  • Build strong, strategic client relationships—acting as the trusted advisor and key liaison.
  • Ensure project timelines, scope, and budgets are aligned and managed effectively.
  • Drive successful adoption, integration, and value realization for enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with internal practice leads, solution architects, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Anticipate risks, manage escalations, and drive resolution strategies proactively.
  • Contribute to practice development, delivery methodologies, and team mentoring.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, including delivery leadership roles.
  • Deep functional knowledge of ERP systems, including Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion Cloud), and exposure to other platforms like SAP, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working within a consulting/professional services environment is essential.
