To drive strategic business growth, we're looking for an experienced Delivery Expert to lead high-stakes client engagements in our Delivery Practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, exceptional leadership skills, and a consultative approach.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex ERP and enterprise application projects with a focus on Oracle (Cloud or On-Prem) and related platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients—acting as the primary delivery liaison and trusted advisor.
  • E nsure project timelines, budgets, and scope are aligned and managed effectively.
  • Drive successful adoption, integration, and value realization for enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with internal practice leads, solution architects, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Anticipate risks, manage escalations, and drive resolution strategies proactively.
  • Contribute to practice development, delivery methodologies, and team mentoring.
About the Role

This is a key opportunity to leverage your expertise in enterprise software consulting, particularly in Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion Cloud), and other platforms like SAP, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, including delivery leadership roles.
  • Deep functional and/or technical knowledge of Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion Cloud).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
