We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to drive business growth through effective analysis, solution evaluation, and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements, assess potential solutions, and implement efficient strategies to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess client business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and implement strategic initiatives.
- Perform gap analysis between client requirements and available technology capabilities.
- Develop and manage deployment plans within the business applications team.
- Design, implement, and deliver solutions to optimize business functions and enhance client experiences.
- Create change requests where enhancements are required.
- Work with resources to ensure clients maximize value from the system.
- Help clients simplify, optimize, and modernize their business applications.
- Undertake active involvement in product reference database development and identify potential internal developments to TechnologyOne software.
- Contribute to the enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven expertise in business systems design and implementation, specifically TechnologyOne CES, CI, and CIA.
- Knowledge of TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Enterprise Asset Management/Project Lifecycle Management, or Property and Rating is highly preferred.
- Experience in documenting functional specifications and requirements artifacts.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within a team and build lasting relationships with clients.

- Self-motivation, organization, and efficiency in delivering results.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive for continuous improvement.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field.
