We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee platform-level testing across multiple large-scale transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, clients and stakeholders, and resources.

Job Description

The Global Testing Practice focuses on the development and implementation of end-to-end platform testing strategies during global implementations. This critical role requires a deep understanding of data models, business workflows, and systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing and managing testing across multiple implementation projects globally
  • Leading a team of testing leads, managers and associates who run functional and non-functional testing on global projects

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership and project management skills, as well as a strong interest in global capital markets and quantitative investments. Experience in agile methodology, portfolio management and risk management is preferred.
