Transforming HR/TA for a Global Insurance Organisation

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a large-scale transformation project, providing an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming project teams and people's careers by uplifting ways of working and delivering uniformity and consistency across regions.

  1. Work collaboratively with global stakeholders to drive programmes of work forward.
  2. Utilise a strong BA toolkit, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude to learn and develop.

A key requirement for this role is experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to global programs and stakeholders, preferably in HR/TA or CX.
