About Our Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global payroll transformation projects, focusing on the APAC region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of assessing and refining delivery landscapes, identifying inefficiencies and championing continuous improvements across global payroll teams.

The role involves driving enhancements across domestic and mobility payroll life cycles, ensuring operational excellence and consistency. This includes managing stakeholder contributions and navigating key dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing payroll managed services, vendor consolidation or new country set-ups
  • Understanding global payroll environments and processes
  • Expertise in HR system integrations, ideally with Oracle EBS or Fusion
  • Proactively monitoring transformation progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective action
  • Maintaining detailed documentation supporting transformation initiatives
