As a Transformation Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with senior management, the broader Transformation team and key stakeholders to ensure the realization and sustainability of identified benefits.

This role can be located in either Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities- Identify and build out new opportunities for TGE to deliver on its strategic objectives.- Build models of business opportunities or problems with large and complex data sets- Develop and communicate insights from business modelling / analytical works.- Conduct market research to track industry trends that underpin TGE's strategy.- Create financial business cases and supporting documentation for new initiatives.- Delivery of targeted projects to time and budget

About you

An open mindset to continuously develop and strive for a career at Team Global Express along with a can-do attitude will set you apart.- 5-10 years of experience in a project / transformation position- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Project and Visio- Strong financial and commercial acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders- Ability to adapt to changes in business structure, work procedures and methods, and to deliver results under pressure
