Global Testing Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage platform level testing across a portfolio of large, complex transformation programs.

  • This involves developing and maintaining relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, overseeing and driving a portfolio of complex projects, plans and resources.
  • The successful candidate will have a track record of success in managing executive client and internal stakeholders, as well as overseeing and managing testing across a portfolio of implementation projects regionally.
  • A key aspect of this role is managing a team of testing leads, managers, and associates who run functional and non-functional testing on regional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the organization and present to clients on the testing journey, testing standards, and managing overall expectations at the onset and during the implementation.
  2. Develop and maintain financial planning and resource management for in-region projects including estimation, budget to actual, and change management.
  3. Provide strategic thought leadership and active engagement in end-to-end implementation delivery model.
  4. Sponsorship, adoption, and continuous improvement of best practices and testing standards.
  5. Manage creation and delivery of internal and client-facing documents (client proposals, playbooks, test automation, test plans).

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in financial and/or technology transformation.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing project teams consisting of employees, contractors, and partner organizations.
  • 5+ years of direct engagement with clients at senior levels of their organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred but not necessary.
