Job Description:

 

We are seeking an experienced Energy Transformation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing energy transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate studies, business case analyses, techno-economic analyses, and proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Develop and implement energy transformation projects as part of our Grid Consulting service
  • Lead business transformation projects and organizational change initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting
  • Expertise in one or more fields: energy system decarbonization, renewable energy, power utilities, industrial decarbonization, power system digitalization, energy system modeling, and business transformation consulting
  • Relevant experience working and communicating with utilities, regulators, investors, municipalities, and developers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to foster creativity, teamwork, customer orientation, and diversity
