Record Management Professional

A career opportunity has arisen for a skilled Records Officer to join our records and information services team.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can enhance governance through control assurance, ensure compliance with retention and disposal requirements, and support the operationalisation of key technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of records management principles, including retention and disposal, and be familiar with risk and compliance frameworks, with a focus on control assurance.

The selected individual will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of records against approved retention schedules to ensure legislative and policy compliance, assisting in the design, documentation, and testing of control assurance mechanisms for records management, supporting the configuration and execution of automated archiving and destruction activities using CastlePoint for SharePoint Online, engaging with Business Unit Risk and Compliance Managers to align records practices with broader governance frameworks, and contributing to communications, training, and awareness activities for stakeholders regarding records initiatives.

  • Familiarity with records management systems and platforms is highly regarded.
