Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Act promptly on repairs and maintenance requests to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Conduct thorough ingoing and outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly inspect properties to identify any potential issues.
  • Manage arrears efficiently to minimize losses.
  • Prepare necessary documents and represent the company in tribunal where required.
  • Work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a day off in lieu.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong customer service focus.
  • Great organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A professional personal presentation.
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • A current Certificate of Registration/License.
