**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a senior investment operations specialist. Based in Sydney, this role will be responsible for managing custodian, administrator, and registry relationships across Australian and global equity markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide strategic support to the management team on investment operations matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of post-trade processes, including reconciliations, corporate actions, and unit pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including custodians, administrators, and registries.
- Oversee the implementation of data integration and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of process documentation and procedures.

**Requirements**

- Minimum 7 years' experience in investment operations, preferably in a boutique or institutional asset management environment or investment administrator.
- Strong understanding of investment operations across Australian and global equity markets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data integration and automation tools is a plus.
