Logistics Care Specialist Job Opportunity

The Logistics Care Specialist plays a crucial role in proactively resolving logistics-related customer complaints, ensuring timely backorder visibility and efficient customer return management across the Order To Payment journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious candidates seeking to develop their careers in Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics for excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Process returns and collaborate with warehouse teams for prompt completion of activities.
  • Utilize systems to record actions taken and identify order characteristics as potential failures.
  • Provide clear communication on back-order management.
  • Support account managers on logistics-related inquiries.
  • Develop strong partnerships with materials management/transportation/warehouse teams.
  • Establish trust with field sales to enhance account manager productivity and reduce inbound calls from the field.
  • Handle emails in a timely manner.
  • Support training of new team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Solid knowledge of related business processes (i.e. product portfolio management).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions.
