Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Casual Member Support Specialist. You'll provide personalized support to answer queries, process requests, and promote our products and services.
- Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, social media, and webchat channels.
- Handle and resolve member requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and promote self-service banking options to members.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and participate in campaigns.
- Actively identify member needs and offer mutually beneficial solutions.
You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent and exceptional member experiences, all while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and legislative requirements.
Training and LocationThis is a casual position with a rotating roster, working from our Melbourne CBD office. Full-time paid onsite training will be provided before moving to the rotating roster.
What We're Looking For- Experience in customer service and sales within the financial services industry, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality service and sales targets.
- A member-centric attitude and passion for outstanding customer service.
- RG146 Tier 2 certification (BankVic will fund and support accreditation if necessary).

About the RoleThis role offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
