Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, answering their queries and addressing their concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Manage our appointment diary, ensuring that all clients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Triaging emergencies and providing support to clients in a calm and professional manner.
