Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced asset management specialist to develop strategies, processes, and audit programs that increase the accuracy and efficiency of asset data capture, tracking, and performance.
The ideal candidate will support our service delivery team through effective and efficient asset management planning, routine/reactive maintenance, and lifecycle management within an ISO55000 framework.
Key responsibilities include undertaking root cause analysis, implementing and managing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Strong technical background in maintenance scheduling/planning, asset lifecycle management, including CMMS updating and lifecycle planning;
- Background in Reliability Engineering gained in Utilities, FMCG, or Resources sectors highly desirable;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
- Strong technical skills, including M&E/HVAC, and experience with scheduling, reporting, and asset reviews.
