About The Role
We're seeking an engineering professional with a passion for roads, bridges and stormwater systems.
These are fundamental assets that require the attention and innovative thinking of an Asset Manager who will lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of asset plans and programs to ensure our community has the best infrastructure solutions to meet its growing needs.
Reporting to the Manager - Asset Management, you will manage the planning of capital projects and continuous improvement efforts based on a high level of data analysis that is conducted with intelligence, integrity and ingenuity.
You will advise teams and collaborate with colleagues to propose and drive strategic asset initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of asset plans and programs for roads, bridges and stormwater systems.
Manage planning of capital projects and continuous improvement efforts based on data analysis.

About You
You bring a strategic mindset, sound financial and data analysis capabilities, and a strong grasp of infrastructure planning and life-cycle modelling.
Ideally qualified in civil engineering or related discipline, you're an asset management professional with experience in delivering asset management plans and working within asset management frameworks.
Building effective relationships comes naturally to you, and you communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
Well versed in managing asset databases and using data insights to guide strategic planning; your experience with systems and procurement processes will contribute to effective decision-making and long-term value.
Qualifications
Ideally qualified in civil engineering or related discipline.
Experience delivering asset management plans and working within asset management frameworks.
Experience managing asset databases and using data insights to guide strategic planning.
Familiarity with systems and procurement processes to contribute to decision-making and long-term value.
