Asset Management Lead

The primary role of this position is to drive the asset management strategy for a key account using CMMS tools and capital asset renewal solutions. This includes developing, managing, and operating an effective asset management program.

About the Job:
  • This Asset Management Lead will be responsible for supporting the accounts team in developing and maintaining accurate asset registers, ensuring all required attributes and specifications are validated.
  • Maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy between CMMS and LCAM systems.
  • Providing guidance and training to facilities staff on asset data collection, data quality checks, and asset register accuracy.

Analyzing CMMS and LCAM analytics to track maintenance history and spend, highlighting assets or properties requiring review or investigation.

Requirements:
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CMMS tools and capital asset renewal solutions.
