The Data Management Operations team provides static data maintenance services for all customers trading Wholesale Banking Products. This team works with diverse stakeholders domestically and globally across the bank to ensure customer, regulatory, and other static reference data is fit for purpose and has integrity within the Reference Data Management system.

About the Role:

">

As a specialist in Enterprise Data, you will process various requests from our wholesale customers including static data set ups, onboarding of new customers, maintenance of wholesale customer profiles in our system, security setup, recording/validation of standard settlement instructions, processing of credit requests & other tasks.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Meet and maintain client business data management requirements, including entry of new client details, changes to client details and mapping for future reporting

">

- Data entry into relevant Wholesale Banking trading & lending systems to meet both quality and service standards

">

- Client and Reference data to be efficiently and accurately maintained within all systems supported by the team and within agreed timeframes

">

- Review new and amendments to customer and other reference data, exceptions and anomalies to ensure data is accurate and conforms to definitions, business rules and hierarchy standards

">

- Work with team members and other employees to improve the data integrity of the Wholesale Banking trading and lending systems

">

- Evaluate the analysis and reporting process to maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

">

- Demonstrated experience working in an operational role within the Financial Services and/or Banking industry sector

">

- Proven analytics skills and experience coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret information

">

- Strong numerical data entry skills

">

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

">
