The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate M&A Support Assistant to support a Partner and their team in our Corporate M&A practice. The role is available on a 12-month contract, working full-time in the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing correspondence and other documents
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings
- Billing and time coding accurately
- Arranging travel and accommodations as needed
- Assisting with events and business development activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess some experience in a Secretary/PA role, preferably in a law firm environment. However, experience in professional services will also be considered.
You will need to demonstrate:
- Proven high-level secretarial support up to executive level
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and confident to work autonomously
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
