">Staff Engineer - Design System

This pivotal role seeks an experienced Staff Engineer to spearhead the technical vision and strategy for Kaizen, our cutting-edge design system.

As part of our cross-functional Design System team, responsible for in-house tooling, you will drive relentless innovation in design system tooling, engineering systems, and processes. Your expertise will empower other engineers, foster collaboration across teams, and inspire widespread adoption of the design system.

About the Position

  • Pioneering advancements in design system tooling (Storybook, codemods, etc.) and engineering systems
  • Mentor and uplift fellow engineers within your team
