**Reconciliation Expert**

We are seeking a skilled Reconciliation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the preparation of timely and accurate reconciliations with Services Australia and the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). They will liaise with Residential Services and Community Health and Care to correct any variances between claims and payments received.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, or business studies
  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable / Reconciliations
  • A strong ability to analyse, problem-solve, and work within tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate the preparation of timely and accurate reconciliations with Services Australia and the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

- Liaise with Residential Services and Community Health and Care to correct any variances between claims and payments received

- Process Direct Debits on financial systems

- Reconciliation and correction of all variances identified for both residential services and home care with Services Australia and DVA

- Manage the Review and accounting of the CDC register for Homecare on a monthly basis

- Address and liaison with clients on their accounts queries

- Undertake other finance tasks as required
