Senior Data Migration QA Engineer

Job Description

  • Quality Assurance of data migration and reconciliation.
  • Plan, Prepare, Execute and Report Quality Assurance using superannuation registry systems and SQL tools.
  • Analyze test requirements, design and prepare manual and automated test scenarios and scripts which provide comprehensive coverage of given requirements.
  • Generate test metrics & ROI to utilize them for process and efficiency improvements.
  • Build complex SQL queries to build automation scripts for data migration and reconciliation requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
  • Triage and retest defects raised outside data migration team.
  • Plan and execute go-live data migration testing and reconciliation activities.

  • Quality Assurance of solutions developed in a data migration team.
  • Lead complex testing projects.
  • Strong working experience in large scale data migration and reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation validation.
