This is a pivotal role within our Commercial team where you will play a key part in shaping strategy, collaborating with the Planning team to develop and execute winning category plans. You will analyze sales data and market trends to maintain a fresh, exciting, and competitive product offering.

As a senior category buyer, your responsibilities include working closely with the Planning team, managing budgets, vendor contracts, and financial targets. You will also nurture long-term partnerships with key suppliers, negotiate deals, and mentor assistant buyers to develop the next generation of buying talent.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in buying with a proven track record of driving sales and growth in their category. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are essential along with proficiency in Jira, Excel, BI tools, and familiarity with API integrations, platform software, and AI tools.
