Senior Fashion Buying Manager

As a senior buyer, you will be responsible for leading the purchasing process and implementing buying strategies across our store network. You will work closely with department heads to review forecasts and order books, and will have a fastidious eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior buyer in a contemporary fashion multi-door, omni-channel retailer of medium to large size.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring direct reports or teams.
- Experience in managing OTB and order-books, with a fastidious eye for detail.
- Commercial acumen in trading, interpreting results, and setting measurable actions.
- Strong supplier relationships, negotiation skills, and ability to articulate results across the business.
- Regular store visits to observe customer shopping habits and receive real-time feedback.
- Collaboration with department heads on forecast and OTB reviews.
- Graded buying strategy across the store network for diverse customer-base.

- Well-rounded team player with ability to adjust to tasks and roll up sleeves when needed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
