ESG Expert | Equities & Multi-Asset

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG expert to join our team in Macquarie Systematic Investments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our systematic equities portfolios and support integrating ESG considerations into investment decisions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ESG analysis, stewardship, or related roles in asset management or financial services. Strong understanding of material ESG issues across sectors and evaluating company ESG practices is essential.

  • Developing and implementing ESG research and reports for diverse audiences;
  • Collaborating with the team to engage with company management and provide ESG insights for investment decisions;
  • Communicating our stewardship approach to stakeholders through various channels;
  • Working closely with the portfolio management team to ensure efficient analysis of a large portfolio universe.

This role requires a strong ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about ESG and committed to delivering positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
