Health and Wellbeing Lead

We are seeking a strategic Health and Wellbeing Lead to drive impactful outcomes across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include- Developing and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives across the group.
- Leading health and hygiene risk assessments and monitoring programs.
- Reporting, analysing trends and developing risk mitigation strategies using data.
- Driving the Health & Wellbeing Strategy with initiatives that support good physical and mental health.
- Participation in psychosocial risk management strategy and programs.
- Identifying occupational hygiene issues and delivering practical solutions.
- Training and coaching for managers and employees to improve occupational health, hygiene and wellbeing awareness and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Hygiene or related field.
- Experience in managing occupational hygiene programs and delivering risk-based solutions across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
- Developing and delivering structured wellbeing plans and initiatives.
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder engagement across all levels; collaborates as part of a broader HSE team.
- Proficient in addressing psychosocial risks and driving wellbeing and cultural initiatives.
- Able to travel to support multi-site operations.
