Wellbeing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced wellbeing professional to lead our organisational wellbeing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that promote individual and team wellbeing, manage psychosocial risks, and enhance our workplace culture.

The role will involve:

  • Designing and delivering a wellbeing program, supported by campaigns and workshops that build resilience.
  • Collaborating with leaders and teams to identify, assess and address psychosocial hazards, supporting the organisation's broader health and safety objectives.
  • Applying contemporary thinking and best practice to all wellbeing and mental health programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong passion for promoting wellbeing in complex and diverse workplaces.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and evaluating wellbeing programs.
  • A working knowledge of psychosocial risk management, workplace mental health and critical incident response.
