Leading Health Safety and Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in health, safety and wellbeing to play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of Health Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) strategy, critical risk programs, and governance across multiple sites.
- Mentorship of HSW teams and coaching of leaders to build safety capability.
- Management of complex investigations, audits, and regulator engagement.
As a Health Safety and Wellbeing Senior Partner, you will lead regional HSW strategy, mentor safety professionals, and shape safety leadership and performance. You will work closely with the HSW Regional Manager to oversee regional safety programs, manage risk registers, and provide strategic leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in senior WHS roles. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management is essential, as is proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement.
