Customer Service Coordinator

The company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Coordinator to join the team in Melbourne. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting delivery issues, and working closely with dispatch coordinators to ensure efficient customer operations.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving customers at the warehouse
  • Implementing customer requests in the system
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues
  • Building processes for efficient customer operations
  • Reporting on brand and customer sentiment
