We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-priority initiatives within our value streams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivery within Agile environments, strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, release planning, and milestone tracking.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the full delivery lifecycle, managing release milestones, forecasting progress, highlighting risks, and providing structured updates to stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, and Delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate the full delivery lifecycle: From roadmap prioritisation to milestone completion, ensuring momentum across value streams.
- Manage release milestones: Own release planning and readiness, coordinating Demos, Acceptance Testing, Go/No-Go checkpoints, and Launch activities.
- Keep delivery on track: Forecast progress, highlight risks, and provide structured updates to stakeholders.
- Enable release readiness: Partner with Engineering, Design, CRM, and business teams to ensure every initiative is launch-ready.
- Champion governance & transparency: Maintain clear tracking in Jira/Confluence, ensuring visibility of delivery pipelines, fix versions, and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement: Help refine delivery standards, improve release practices, and strengthen capability maturity across teams.
Skills:
- Proven experience in delivery within Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, release planning, and milestone tracking.
- Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and delivery reporting.
Qualifications:
- Outcome-driven mindset — thinking in terms of milestones, impact, and value rather than just tasks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and dependencies.
