Job Title

We are seeking a motivated whole-goods coordinator with a machinery background to oversee product flow through our warehouse.

  • Participating in the quarterly stocktake and assisting the inventory controller as needed
  • Tracking orders ready for dispatch and pushing the loading list to the logistics coordinator for pick arrangement, respecting the first-in-first-out principle
  • Notifying dealers of whole goods collection
  • Communicating with truck companies and arranging for machines/equipment collection
  • Delivering machines on time to site for state field days and demonstrations
  • Labelling and notifying management of machines and equipment
  • Phone communication with dealers/KFA teams related to whole-goods collection, assembling, and availability
  • Assisting the fork-lift driver when needed to unload containers/load trucks
  • Assisting with machine assembly when needed
  • Maintaining site cleanliness at all times
  • Being welcoming, impactful, showing skills-excellence in processes, and reliability
  • Training new employees on warehouse tasks and responsibilities
  • Addressing damages and parts missing, implementing necessary actions and processes to solve problems
  • Liaising with onsite colleagues: daily interaction with the parts coordinator, logistics coordinator
  • Maintaining good working relationships with all visitors/drivers/co-workers and following health and safety regulations

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehousing and machinery
  • Confident and open-minded attitude when using technological tools
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and execution skills
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and ability to work autonomously
