Job Role: Cash Flow Coordinator

About the Position:

We are seeking experienced Cash Flow Coordinators for temporary work in Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely accounts receivable ledgers, including processing customer invoices, credits and payments.
  • Recover past due debts by negotiating payments from customers and documenting recovery actions.
  • Review credit held customer orders and maintain customer credit records.
  • Process customer credit claims and associated credit notes in a timely manner.
  • Conduct credit reviews of all new and existing customer accounts.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of accounts receivable experience
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger functions
