Are you a motivated professional looking for a challenging role in store operations?

The merchandise flow supervisor is responsible for driving total store results with specific ownership for merchandise flow and brand guide processes. They will support the development and execution of short-term action plans and long-term strategies to achieve sales and profit growth.

You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of merchandise and overall store appearance, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a customer-centric culture by focusing on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
  • Lead and assist with processing, replenishment, and prioritization of merchandise receipts
  • Ensure visual merchandising strategies and presentation standards are achieved and maintained
  • Support category managers and/or category supervisors in developing and executing merchandising and sell-down strategies
  • Leverage tools and reports to ensure the sales floor is full and abundant with all styles, colors, and sizes represented
  • Owning back room and under-stock organization standards and processes
  • Understand, adhere to, and reinforce brand standards
  • Partner with the labor schedule owner to identify and build daily schedules with processing time requirements
  • Execute workforce management functions, including punch guarding and flexing payroll as needed
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed, including damages, testers, and other compliance-related items
  • Assist in store opening and closing procedures as necessary
  • Maximize sales potential by spending the majority of scheduled time on the sales floor
  • Demonstrate excellent customer sales lead behaviors
