This role is responsible for leading contract and procurement activities across the organization.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, as well as the ability to manage high volumes of tenders and contracts in a complex environment.
The position reports to the Procurement Manager and requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
About The Role
The Contracts & Procurement Supervisor plays a key role in executing the full tender and contract lifecycle.
The supervisor leads a team to deliver best-value purchasing outcomes for the business.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading the execution of tender and contract management process
Supporting contract holders in contract management and transition strategies
Managing contract performance, amendments, and closure processes
Maintaining and enhancing procurement systems
Championing continuous improvement in purchasing systems and vendor performance
Desired Skills And Experience
Extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation
Ability to manage high volumes of tenders and contracts
Understanding of effective procurement systems and practices
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Formal qualifications in contract management or purchasing or membership of CIPS
