Job Title: Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Stock Levels:

Maximize sales and minimize loss by effectively managing stock levels.

Coordinate Reports:

Analyze and update monthly reports to maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.

Visual Merchandising:

Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes to enhance customer experience.

Staff Development:

Develop, train, and guide staff to increase productivity and efficiency.

Culture and Safety:

Support and contribute to a cooperative organizational culture and ensure a safe working environment for the team and customers.

Customer Service:

Assist with customer service queries and provide exceptional customer experience.

Policies and Procedures:

Ensure Breadtop policies and procedures are followed at all times.

OHS Compliance:

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Rostering:

Roster your team in line with store's trading profile.

Requirements:

  • AQF Diploma qualification or above in business or management is required.
  • Minimum 2-year retail management experience is required.
  • Experience in developing and coaching a team is highly desired.
  • Strong communication skills and time management skills are essential.
  • Resilience and ability to perform in high-pressure service periods is necessary.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team is required.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards is a must.
  • Particular experience with Asian buns, cakes, biscuits, and pastry goods is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual/multilingual is preferred.
