Job Title: Business Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading business service outcomes, managing diverse teams, and playing a proactive role in modelling service delivery and expectations within a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage human resources for school support staff, including workforce planning, recruitment, induction, training, vacancy processing, skill gap analysis, performance management, and rehabilitation processes.
  • Provide facilities management advice and project management, including evaluating new work and renovation projects, negotiating with external contractors, making recommendations and decisions in collaboration with the Principal, and managing and reviewing budgets.
  • Contribute to financial planning processes, developing, planning, monitoring, and reviewing the annual school budget, regularly reporting to the school management team, and ensuring that financial activities comply with legislation and policy.
