Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operational product manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our products.
About the Role- Support the product manager in planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business/system support roles, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools and software is highly desirable.
Requirements- Proven experience in business/system support role.
- Awareness of product management methodologies is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
