We are seeking an experienced Payroll Business Operations Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing payroll operations in a high-volume environment.

- Oversee the processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Manage payroll queries, respond within service levels.
- Calculate pay increases, back pays, process leave reconciliations.
- Maintain knowledge of manual and computerised payroll systems, time and attendance software.
