Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
- Manage fiber network technology, core network technology, and data services.
- Maintain and install customer premises equipment for both consumer and business clients.
- Perform fault finding over copper networks, including in rural or remote settings.
Requirements:
- Hold relevant licenses and qualifications, including a current driver's license.
- Certificate I & II in Telecommunications.
- Open cabling license.
- Traffic management qualifications.
- White card.
