Job Role: Telecommunications Technical Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with installation requirements and standards for each customer and their associated equipment manuals.
  • Maintain network and structural integrity during installations.
  • Work under direction from the Team Leader to ensure safe, efficient, and high standard of work.
  • Provide on-site training and development to junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telecommunications cabling, linesman, or technician positions, with a strong understanding of installation methods and practices. Industry-recognized qualifications such as an Industry High Risk Work License in Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform License are highly regarded.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under limited supervision. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while working closely with project managers and stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is self-accountable, with a proven ability to operate in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for customer and business objectives, with a willingness to undergo continual training and development to stay up-to-date with technology advances.
