The Role: Key Responsibilities

As a key leader in the Measurement & Evaluation team, you will lead a team to help measure and evaluate the efficacy and impact of Australian Education policy and programs.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Designing and planning evaluation processes
  • Providing expert advice on data collection instruments
  • Analysing integrated datasets
  • Developing resources to enhance measurement capability

You will be working closely with policy areas to undertake evaluation processes and implement recommendations.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead and manage a team of junior staff to deliver these functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as psychology, behavioural science, epidemiology, public health, econometrics or data science are highly desirable for this position.

A strong background in quantitative causal inference is essential for success in this role.
