Cost Analyst Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of innovators and thinkers who deliver science, technology, and engineering solutions worldwide.

We are seeking a skilled Cost Analyst to join our diverse team in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a key role in undertaking qualitative and quantitative analysis of data sources on capability acquisition and sustainment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize information and extract strategic level briefing knowledge from analysis.
  • Develop cost models for inputs to decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and adjust cost models through stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to governance and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 8 years relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in Defence environment.
  • Previous experience with Defence cost modelling tools.
  • Strong understanding of Defence systems (financial, budget, capability requirements).
