This opportunity involves joining a team that plays a critical role in shaping policy and monitoring market performance. As a Data Analyst and Insights Specialist, you will lead a small team to deliver high-quality data analysis, insights, and reports that inform decision-making and policy development. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring sustainable markets and better outcomes for participants.

">Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable data models.
  • Developing and executing data collection and presentation strategies.
  • Delivering regular and ad hoc reports and insights to support policy development and decision-making.
  • Maintaining pricing and market performance dashboards.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to support project delivery and work priorities.

">Requirements:
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in statistical software packages such as R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesise and coordinate complex information.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data and insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics).
