About this Role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Public Area Attendant to join our Team at Novotel Melbourne Preston.

  • The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused attitude, driven to exceed the expectations of residents, and be comfortable working unsupervised.
  • Previous experience as a cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant in a commercial environment (ideal but not mandatory).

This role requires someone who is physically fit, able to go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience, and has clear communication skills. The successful candidate will be required to work overnight during the week, weekends, and public holidays.

You will also need to hold valid Australian work rights and be proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
