We are seeking experienced professionals to lead high-profile implementations of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end delivery of HCM projects, applying best practice project management methodologies, and facilitating project governance and status reporting across all levels of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of HCM implementation projects
  • Apply industry-recognised project management methodologies such as Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid
  • Facilitate project governance and status reporting across all levels of stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and highly organised professional with a strong background in managing enterprise software implementations, preferably HCM or payroll-related projects. They will possess a proven ability to deliver HCM/Payroll solutions or similar solutions, manage multi-phase, cross-functional projects, and engage effectively with key stakeholders.
