Senior Functional Consultant Role

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to drive success across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to develop best-in-class solutions for clients
  • Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements and define problems to be solved
  • Work with the team to design, document, and implement solutions, ensuring stakeholder approval and quality assurance

For this role, we are seeking an individual with a solid grasp of customer management principles, business analysis, user experience, digital marketing strategies, integration patterns, database management, and basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMP Script. Desired certifications include Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Data Cloud Consultant.
